Bottled Water

Bottled waters provide consumer with a great variety of taste and composition.

There are three legally recognised categories of bottled waters:
- Natural mineral water
- Spring water
- Bottled drinking water

Bottled water can also be still or sparkling.

Bottled water distinguishes itself from other waters thanks to its unique composition, original purity and guaranteed quality. The European Union has laid down specific rules for natural mineral and spring waters, which clearly set them apart from drinking water (bottled or otherwise) or so-called tap water.

The table below provides a clear overview of the differences between these types of water.
